RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

- Return and exchange request should be sent to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Request will be taken only
- If the product is damaged
- If we have dispatched a different product which does not match your order.
- If the garment does not fit you.
- Request will be entertained only if Products are in their original packaging with tags intact. Requests where Items are without original tags will not be accepted.
- Please send an email to us about the issue with a photograph which shows the reason for rejection. Garment should not be worn, used or washed.
- The garment will be checked for quality and your return or exchange will usually be processed within 7-14 days. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
- The amount paid will be added to your store credit and will be available up to one month from the date of completion of return process.
- In case of exchange, you can order a different size of the same product or a different product subject to availability. Any difference in the bill amount has to be paid by the customer.
- “Garments bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned”
- Strict due diligence before dispatching the product is expected from our customers, and they shall be solely responsible for any further damage/defect that might be caused during transit, in such instances, Famspree withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless.
- Famspree reserves the right to reject refunds in any form.
- The product will be picked up only from the address where it was initially delivered.
- Exchange or return of a product is possible only once. In order to keep the exchanges and returns minimal, please go through your order thoroughly before ordering.

CANCELLATION:

We accept cancellation of order till the time of dispatch. Order cannot be canceled if the product has already been dispatched.

- The articles are packed with utmost care at the time of dispatch, but may be received slightly crumbled due to transit.
